SULLIVAN’S FISH CAMP Sullivan’s Island, SC

Sullivan’s Fish Camp is a casual and family-friendly neighborhood spot serving dayboat seafood, cold drinks and frozen cocktails. Influenced by its seaside location, Sullivan’s is a fresh perspective grounded in nostalgia and rooted in high-quality ingredients.

Established. Salty. Playful. We wanted the design direction of Sullivan’s to speak to its core identity as a Fish Camp established in 1988 brought forward into the next 30 years. Materials like checkered vinyl tiles, plaid fabrics, and lacquered wood proved patina-ed and purposeful, bright and clean… albeit a bit sandy too. We collaborated with many talented neighbors on everything from custom stained glass bar lights to our own canned beer (Crab Claw!) to a large painted pub sign that greets visitors and locals alike to our little island.

Part of the fun of going to the beach is getting a sticker or t-shirt to bring those memories home, so we really enjoyed bringing iconic and playful merchandise into the design with their own little ‘merch shack’.
